variety

systems
standards

market.
Building
on that
knowledge
he
became a
partner
in a
consultancy
specializing
in open
systems
primarily
to the
Financial,
Health
and
Communications
sectors.
In 1996
he
joined
Transarc,
a
transactions
system
company,
as a
founding
employee
of its
European
operation.
Transarc
was
acquired
by IBM
in 1999
and
since
then he
has run
various
Technical,
Services
and
Sales
teams in
both the
UK and
Internationally.

In his
current
role at
RosettaNet,
Hussam
is
responsible
for
initiating,
monitoring

executing
standards
management
programs,
policies,

procedures
in
support
of the
RosettaNet
Standards.
Prior to
joining
RosettaNet,
Hussam
worked
for
Hewlett
Packard
(HP)
Germany
in
Application
Support.

EDI
connections

HP, he
